Michael Williams

Mr. William's experience includes management of facility planning projects for many preeminent health care institutions across the United States. Planning engagements have been completed for health care systems, public and private community general hospitals, teaching hospitals, and academic medical centers.

At his previous firm, Mr. Williams was Global Practice Leader of the Strategic Facilities Planning practice. In this role, he was responsible for directing all consulting services related to facilities planning including marketing, project management, personnel recruitment, and client relationships.

Prior to developing Capital Healthcare Planning, Mr. Williams served as a Manager in Deloitte & Touche's healthcare management consulting practice. He was responsible for directing all aspects of master facility planning, financial planning, and strategic planning consulting services rendered to major clients in health care.

Mr. Williams is a registered architect with both a Masters of Architecture and an MBA from Rice University. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Florida.
